All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled. Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

ticketsale.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
